The world is run using symbols as the language of the ruling class. Each letter of the alphabet corresponds to a number which is assigned a meaning. Once you get the hang of them it is clear that the Great Work is very simple for example 911 = End the Awakening because 9 = End and 11 = Awake!
I don't know the full meaning of the codes used. It's possible that 90% of language equals a hidden meaning that can be taught during the language aquisition stage of human development. You have to work it out the best you can. These resources are just crumbs.
